Fundraisers

The Friends group holds a number of fundraisers throughout the year. All proceeds earned go directly to the library for programs, resources, building maintenance…anything the library may need to provide services and materials for its community!

Our largest and most successful fundraiser is our annual Used Book Sale. The 2025 sale will be held at Donegal High School, June 19-21, 2025. To volunteer to sort books for the sale, please call Lora Jones at 492-9806.

The Friends of Milanof-Schock Library presenting a check for $25,000 to Library Director, Joseph McIlhenney. The money was raised during our annual Book Sale held in June.
